Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any services provided by rm8 through rm8.bet or its associated mobile applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and rm8. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform's services.

Account Creation & Security

Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. Each user is permitted only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. rm8 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access to our support team.
SECTION 3
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users agree to use the rm8 platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorization from rm8.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or influence game outcomes through unauthorized means.
- Sharing your account with third parties or allowing others to access your account.
- Engaging in any activity that may damage, obstruct, or interfere with the normal functioning of the platform.
- Using the platform for any money laundering or illicit financing activities.
Rm8 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure, as well as reporting to the relevant authorities.
SECTION 4
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
Official Currency
All transactions on the rm8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is required. Users are responsible for understanding the minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to their chosen payment method.
Deposit Process
Successful deposits will be credited to your rm8 account within the timeframe specified for each payment method. Should any delay or issue arise with a deposit, users should contact the support team with the relevant proof of transaction.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established verification procedures. rm8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable policies in effect at the time.
Users agree that any attempt to abuse the payment system — including unauthorized chargebacks through a bank or payment provider — may result in account closure and legal action.
SECTION 5
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Rm8 Liability Limits
Rm8 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from: disruptions to the user's internet connection, failure of third-party devices or software, legitimate game outcomes, or any circumstances beyond rm8's reasonable control. The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis, and rm8 makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption.
Account Suspension
Rm8 may temporarily suspend a user account for investigation purposes where suspicious activity is detected, identity verification requests remain unresolved, or complaints are under review. Users will be notified via their registered email and given the opportunity to provide clarification within the specified timeframe.
Account Closure
Rm8 reserves the right to permanently close a user account where fraud, serious breach of terms, account duplication, or system abuse is established. Any balance remaining in an account closed due to a terms violation may not be refunded, subject to assessment on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the rm8 platform, including designs, logos, text, graphics, software, and interfaces, is the exclusive property of rm8 or our licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from rm8.

The rm8 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. rm8 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to These Terms
Rm8 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes via a prominent notice on the platform or by registered email. The latest update date is shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through procedures established under Malaysian jurisdiction. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for any legal action relating to the use of the rm8 platform.
